Employment Type: Full-Time

About Hembree Bell Law

Hembree Bell Law, PLLC is a modern, tech-forward family law firm based in Austin, TX. We help good people through hard things—divorce, custody battles, and everything in between— without losing their sanity, kids, or financial future in the process.

We’re more than just a law firm. Our founder is on a mission to empower women with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate divorce, live their best lives, and reach their full potential.

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our dynamic team and be the first point of contact for prospective clients.

Position Overview:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Firm to new clients. This is a "non-attorney role" focused on sales and client intake. Your goal is to conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, convert them into active clients, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience to the legal team.

What You’ll Do:

* Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.

* Conduct consultations to assess client needs and determine if the Firm is a good fit.

* Convert qualified leads into clients through a structured engagement process.

* Prepare Engagement Agreements under the supervision of an attorney.

* Coordinate with the Intake Specialist to schedule strategy sessions or case evaluations.

* Maintain accurate client intake documentation and ensure clear handoff to the legal team.

* Make reminder calls or send appointment messages to ensure client attendance.

Who You Are:

* Experienced in a sales or client-facing role—legal or service industry experience preferred.

* Comfortable engaging with people during emotionally charged situations.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive communicator.

* Able to maintain strict boundaries around the unauthorized practice of law (no legal advice).

* Ready to work closely with a team and under the guidance of attorneys.

Why Join Us?

* Opportunity to make a difference in clients’ lives.

* Supportive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.

* Comprehensive benefits package including **medical, dental, and vision insurance**.

* 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

* Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.

* Clear systems, training, and supervision to help you succeed.

* Growth potential within a mission-driven firm.
