POSITION TITLE:           Assistant District Attorney

LOCATION:                       D27 – Adair County, Stilwell OK

STATUS:                            Full-Time, Immediate Opening

CLOSING:                          Open Till Filled

SALARY:                            $60,000 - $92,000

BENEFITS:                       Full State Benefits

POSITION SUMMARY:

District 27 has an immediate opening for an Assistant District Attorney in the Adair County Office. This office is a one ADA office. This candidate will perform a variety of professional duties. This includes misdemeanors, felonies and juvenile cases from intake through trial. Applicants must possess the ability to communicate and work with elected officials, law enforcement, defense attorneys and the bench.

REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.

Must be a licensed attorney in Oklahoma or eligible for a law license in Oklahoma.
