This position is responsible for office needs such as, answering phones, greeting visitors, managing office emails, agendas, budget/finance, travel arrangements, etc, and providing administrative support, as needed, for General Counsel and other members of the Office of Legal Affairs.
- Essential Functions
- General office administrative tasks. Greeting visitors to the office, receiving and routing phone calls, ordering and managing office supplies, processing emails, all travel arrangements, sort mail, etc.
- Responsible for all Banner, financial, budget, and HR related administrative tasks, including managing licensing fees, CLE reporting, etc.
- Calendaring and managing appointments, agenda for meetings/trainings, and general scheduling for office events.
- Responsible to manage and arrange any necessary office work orders and maintenance requests.
- Other duties as assigned
- Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- This is an entry level position but some office management experience is preferred.
