Job Description
The incumbent will provide a variety of administrative duties in roles as a legal advisor to the President and Executive Branch and provide reliable legal advice in response to requests from the Counsel to the President, general counsels of Executive Branch departments and agencies.

The duties and responsibilities for a Special Assistant generally include, but are not limited to, the following Work with senior staff in determining which matters should receive the personal attention of should be referred to another appropriate official. Keep abreast of all matters requiring the attention of upper management and provide status updates, as appropriate. Respond to and coordinate the response for internal and external correspondence. Troubleshoots problems with the system as they arise to system administrator. Secure information and compiling data from appropriate sources internal and external to the Department. Establish and maintain files pertinent to matters and projects in which senior staff has an active interest, such as speeches, press releases, and testimony. Serve as backup for timekeeper and ensure time and attendance entries for all office personnel are correct and completed on time. Salary- $84,601 - $109,975/year
