Attorney | US$90–US$110/hour | Remote contractor opportunity with Micro1

Micro1 is seeking transactional attorneys for a confidential law-and-AI project. Work draws on commercial contracting practice: reviewing and redlining MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and related agreements against playbooks, identifying issues and acceptable fallback positions, and explaining each revision in clear legal writing. Contributors collaborate on consistent standards and manage remote, deadline-driven assignments independently. No prior AI experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission in a US jurisdiction, and at least four years of transactional practice in a law firm or in-house team. Micro1 seeks deep knowledge of commercial terms such as liability limits, indemnification, confidentiality and data protection; accurate contract interpretation, sound judgment and actionable written analysis. Technology transactions expertise is a strong plus.

Engagement: Independent contractor, remote. Micro1 advertises US$90–US$110/hour.
