What You’ll Tackle:

• Analyze records and data obtained through discovery 🔍

• Partner with litigators and financial experts to design discovery strategies

• Handle meet-and-confer communications with opposing counsel

• Prepare and defend depositions with precision

• Litigate discovery disputes as needed—know the Code and use it like a pro 💼

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of family law or civil litigation experience

• Deep knowledge of discovery tools, timelines, and procedures

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Comfortable managing large volumes of documents and tight deadlines

• Certified Family Law Specialist is a plus but not required

• A calm, organized, team-first mindset ✅
