Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime.​ 

Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​ 

 

The Legal Intern will support Legal Department attorneys and paralegals specializing in employment law, data privacy, real estate, commercial contracts, corporate subsidiary governance, ethics and compliance and intellectual property. The objective of the internship will be to provide exposure to real-world legal matters, an understanding of the day-to-day experience of in-house attorneys in the luxury retail industry and a variety of legal practice areas. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in providing day-to-day legal advice and counsel
  • Provide administrative support in areas such as organizing legal files, scheduling meetings and events, creating presentations and updating legal databases
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading and circulating contracts, corporate resolutions and other legal documents
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals in conducting legal research and name searches
  • Support attorneys in instructing outside counsel and managing budgets
  • Participate in Legal Department projects and initiatives
  • Assist in managing litigation and potential disputes 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Strong interest in the legal profession
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
