Job Description

ROI Revolution has an immediate opening for a smart, resourceful and organized individual with exceptional writing abilities, strong critical thinking skills, impeccable attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to provide direct support to our CEO and Chief of Staff. 

How Will You Make a Difference? 

In this essential role, you will go above and beyond to handle critical business tasks on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff, enabling them to focus on driving growth for this fast-growing company. You will work with various departments to solve problems and lead important legal and administrative functions, allowing you to have an impact across the entire organization!

What Will You Do?

  • Work with members of senior leadership to draft, edit and finalize legal contracts.
  • Correspond with the organization’s legal counsel as needed to address more complex requests relating to legal contracts.  
  • Routinely work with Client Services leadership, Sales & Marketing Leadership and the CEO to understand their goals and requirements and translate them into SOWs (statements of work). 
  • Work with senior leadership team members to create and maintain MSA (master service agreement) for agency clients. 
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle documents and sensitive, confidential information with discretion, diplomacy and integrity; ensure required action is completed.
  • Coordinate logistics for and execute monthly Company Meetings, including building PowerPoint presentations and drafting meeting summaries.
  • Prepare agendas for various meetings and appointments.
  • Sit in on meetings with the CEO or Chief of Staff to gather valuable context and build an understanding of the business.  
  • During and/or following meetings, create, assign and/or complete tasks to ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Draft emails and other documents, ranging from straightforward and simple to nuanced and complex, on behalf of the CEO to various recipients.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including coordination of business travel.
  • Assist employees in making business travel arrangements as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or Chief of Staff.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5-7 years of post-graduate experience in a professional office environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a paralegal role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operations/administrative/executive assistant role strongly preferred.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational understanding of contract law terminologies, processes, and regulations.
  • Investigative mind and strong research skills.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite; proficiency in Asana (or other task management software) is a plus.
  • Experience in creating dynamic, visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to type 60+ wpm.
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to support others.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently complete tasks and report back in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality without exception.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed (less than 5% of the role).

Our Hybrid Workplace
