We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Staff Attorney specializing in Tenant's Rights to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing tenants in various legal matters related to housing, landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, and lease agreements.

• Provide legal representation and advice to tenants facing housing issues
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities under landlord-tenant laws
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Florida State Bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on tenant's rights preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
