
Commercial Litigation Associate
Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott Llc See More Job Openings by This EmployerCandidates should have at least three (3) to five (5) years of complex commercial litigation experience in federal and state court, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery (written discovery, document production, protective/confidentiality orders), and preparing cases for trial.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in labor and employment matters. Experience should include advising private sector employers on labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, and employment-related wage and hour litigation.
The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter committed to growing a thriving practice for the long term.

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as we will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
