About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the Social Security Disability process, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
  • Assist attorneys with pre-hearing case preparation.
  • Communicate regularly with Social Security offices.
  • Guide clients through paperwork and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Social Security Disability procedures and related medical issues.
  • Utilize legal management software effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and reliability.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Comfortable with prolonged desk work and computer use.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required.
 
Compensation
  • Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with annual increases of $3.00 through your third work anniversary.
