Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced CGL Litigation Specialist to manage complex litigated claims. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and the capacity to handle a diverse caseload across multiple industries.

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $100K-$125K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigated caseload of approximately 100–125 claims, with emphasis on CGL claims such as bodily injury, product liability, and premises liability.
• Handle claims across industries including construction, habitational, hospitality, and other general sectors.
• Maintain reserve authority in the $150,000 range, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to achieve efficient claim resolutions.
• Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations on complex claims and litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies, industry regulations, and established best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Extensive background in managing complex claims and litigation, with proven expertise in CGL claims (bodily injury, product liability, premises liability).
• Carrier experience required; E&S experience strongly preferred.
• Active adjuster licenses in Florida (FL) and Texas (TX) required; additional state licenses and nationwide exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
