Ward Law LLC – Wichita, KS | Full-Time, Onsite

At Ward Law LLC, we guide clients through family transitions with empathy, excellence, and expertise. We focus on solutions, not conflict, and tailor our approach to each client's unique situation. Our boutique family law firm in East Wichita is seeking an experienced family law paralegal to support our attorneys in handling divorce, custody, and parenting time matters.

Our mission is to serve those going through divorce with compassion and legal expertise, and we need a dedicated paralegal to help us make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare legal pleadings
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and courts
  • File legal documents using electronic filing systems
  • Create exhibits and organize case materials
  • Analyze financial data and develop spreadsheets
  • Assist attorneys with client communications and case management
  • Provide general support to busy attorneys to ensure efficiency

Candidates will be required to pass basic skills tests to qualify for an interview.



Requirements

About You

We’d love to have you join our team if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Love working in a close-knit team environment
