The Immigration Practice Group Assistant provides detailed administrative support to the Immigration Practice Group leaders, attorneys, program manager, and legal analysts in a fast-paced environment. Provides flexibility in extending support and assistance through multi-tasking for multiple people and/or initiatives and proactively contributes to the group/Firm’s success by actively seeking to improve working processes, anticipate needs, and acting accordingly. This role is central to ensuring a smooth operation of the practice group and supports the team members in their day-to-day workload which requires significant flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
• AA/AS required, BA/BS strongly preferred
• Highly organized, meticulous, and self-directed, with a continuous improvement
mindset and keen diligence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively review and edit written text
• Enthusiastic collaborator with a cheerful outlook and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm, focused, and flexible in a demanding, high paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to
prioritize tasks independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills with a collaborative mindset.
• High degree of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Professional presence, poise, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Regular and reliable attendance in the office five days per week to ensure effective support and collaboration
