II. Job Summary:
The HR-Legal Liaison will act as a bridge between the Human Resources and Legal departments to ensure seamless communication, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role may involve document review, assisting with visa processes, and other highly confidential matters as directed by in-house counsel.
     
III. Job Functions and Duties
NO.Representative Duties
1Project-based Document Review:
 -Conduct detailed reviews of confidential documents on certain legal projects under close supervision by inhouse counsel.
 -Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation and report to the legal counsel. 
2Liaison Duties:
 -Facilitate effective communication between HR and Legal teams and serve as a point of contact to enhance cross-departmental collaborations.
3Visa Work Coordination:
 -Collect, review, and organize employee documents for accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.
 -Communicate with internal clients to gather and verify required information for visa filings.
4Record Management:
 -Maintain and organize work files in compliance with record-keeping regulations.
 -Ensure all required documentation is updated, properly stored, and retrievable for audits or inquiries.
5Other duties as assigned.

IⅤ. Qualification
Job RequirementsLanguageChinese - English bilingual proficiency is required.
ExperienceExperience in similar liaison roles on an HR or legal team and working closely under the supervision of lawyers.                                              
EducationJD, LLM, paralegal certification or relevant legal training is preferred.
Physical ConditionThis is an office job requiring sitting for the most of the day. Safety requirements including safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots will be required when entering the production floor.
Other Requirements MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
 REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
 COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity of MS Office and other document editing software
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional  Knowledge, SkillsBasic understanding of laws is required
Deep understanding of confidentiality requirements and legal best practices.
Strong oral and written communications
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and respond to multiple demands while meeting deadlines
Strong work ethics, understand business and practical considerations, and work in a fast-paced environment with team collaboration. Mature, ethical and a Team player
Ability to work well in collaboration with other colleagues in the legal department and with other departments
Training RequiredBasic visa & immigration training
I-9 compliance training preferred
Confidentiality training
V. Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
 are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots on the production floor.
