
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft responses and track filings in government matters (e.g. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.)
- Assist with the factual development and analysis of cases, including interviewing businesspeople, gathering and reviewing documentation, and creating case timelines.
- Coordinate document production and draft correspondence and subpoena responses.
- Provide comprehensive caseload management including deadline calendaring, deposition coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Interface with employees at all levels as well as various third parties, including outside counsel, vendors, and customers
- Manage the docketing and record-keeping functions as well as contribute to developing processes, procedures and controls around information and knowledge management.
- Conduct legal and factual research and analysis.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College Degree, or equivalent work experience in a related legal function
- Typically, 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with demonstrable experience in areas such as discovery, legal research, case management, or administrative proceedings
- May require professional certification
