Bonus: After one year of service, eligible for firm’s performance bonus program

Role Details:

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP seeks an associate to join its matrimonial and family law practice group located in our Corporate Woods office.

The firm’s matrimonial and family law attorneys regularly negotiate and litigate family law matters, separations, premarital agreements, separation agreements, child support, spousal support, custody, and adoption.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of matrimonial law or significant prior litigation/trial experience.

We’re looking for an Associate with excellent time management, legal research skills and drafting ability, and a professional presence. If this role aligns with your expertise, we look forward to receiving your application.

Our Firm, based in Albany, New York, is the largest in the Capital Region with over 120 attorneys in 19 practice areas.  The firm utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach to deliver services to clients. In addition to Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s depth of legal knowledge, we are dedicated to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for all employees – attorneys and staff alike. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • J.D from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York Bar
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
