As we scale our practice in 2026, we are seeking a driven, strategic, and client-focused associate who sees this role as the beginning of a long-term leadership journey with us.

The Opportunity

This is a partner-track position for an attorney who:

• Excels in courtroom advocacy and legal analysis;
• Is deeply committed to immigration justice;
• Understands that sustainable legal practice requires both excellence in representation and active engagement in firm growth;
• Wants to build something lasting—not just take on cases, but grow a practice.

You’ll handle your own docket of removal cases from day one, with mentorship, infrastructure, and appellate support. Over time, you’ll be expected to cultivate referral relationships, contribute to firm visibility, and help shape our strategic direction.

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience (EOIR, IJ, BIA, or federal court)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• A personal or professional commitment to serving immigrant communities
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re ready to grow with us, not just work for us
