Job Description

The Case Management Analyst organizes, stores, retrieves, tracks and updates policies and procedures for all client documents, and acts as the liaison between the Suit Audit efforts and other firm departments including Client Services and Client Media for all issues related to the document process.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: 

  • Tracks all Client Document Requests from Suit Audit for timely receipt of documents.
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for workflow processes, exception reporting, interfaces with systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
  • Communicates with internal management to identify processes and develop reporting required to maintain client standards and suit expectation rates.
  • Ensures the preparation and delivery of all performance reporting and client forecasts.
  • Analyzes departmental performance trends and develops recommendations for improvement.
  • Organizes the tracking and reporting of department goals.
  • Coordinates the communication of all new clients for the department.
  • Coordinates project management efforts, as needed.
  • Monitors performance of Suit Auditors after new implementations.
  • Verifies missing documents and advises appropriate department and/or client contact.
  • Tracks and identifies returned requests and missing documents immediately upon receipt of returned requests.
  • Contacts Client Services or appropriate client contact with any issues that relate to the timely receipt of Documents ordered and/or Documents that are to be sent upon placement.
  • Monitors that client suit expectations are being met and identifies areas of concern before issues arise. Provides detail for those areas of concern and implements corrective action.
  • Works with teams from other departments and systems to track new functionalities; collects information and analyzes information regarding business milestones.
  • Analyzes and reviews application performance data to troubleshoot issues, either individually or by working with teams from different departments.
  • Provides guidance to other departments regarding Suit Audit and client requirements to better address business problems and improve the process.
  • Creates and manages reporting metrics that capture information for distribution to various levels of management, which includes gathering and analyzing statistics.
  • Develops tools to assist less experienced staff members with problems and/or questions.
  • Complete all required training applicable to this position.
  • Actively participate in the definition and refinement of role-specific tasks as the position and regional support needs develop within Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience working in the legal field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Must understand and have detailed knowledge of client and firm guidelines.
  • Ability to adjust to an evolving scope of work.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with accuracy, and proficient in 10-key.
  • Detail oriented and innovative.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation is $52,786 -$70,000 annually based upon experience.

Close visual acuity is needed to read, analyze data, and view a computer terminal for extended periods.

    This position operates in a professional office environment. It is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee will experience low to moderate noise levels and moderate interruptions. The workspace is well-lit and climate controlled.
