Associate Attorney – Securities Litigation

A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join a high-performing litigation team representing Fortune 100 companies, technology and life sciences leaders, and executives in civil and regulatory matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent corporate and individual clients in securities disputes.

• Participate in regulatory investigations and white-collar defense matters.

• Conduct internal investigations, including whistleblower and FCPA matters.

• Advise audit and special committees on accounting and compliance issues.

• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on complex litigation and regulatory strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of securities litigation and/or white-collar defense experience.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Bar membership (or eligibility) in the state corresponding to the office applied to.

Flexible office locations; preference for San Francisco or Silicon Valley candidates.
