Strategy Analyst

Cozen O’Connor, a leading U.S. law firm, is hiring an exceptional Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy & Innovation team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with firm leadership on strategic planning, priority growth initiatives, and operational improvements. You will provide analytical support and insights to drive data-informed decision-making across various high-impact projects, positioning you at the forefront of transforming legal services.

• Support the development and execution of the firm’s strategic plan and key initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and monitor performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying and deploying AI and other advanced technologies to enhance firm operations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to business operations projects aimed at improving efficiency and data visibility.

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations. Experience with professional services is a plus.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
