Position Overview
Netlist is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support and project management for our legal team. You will be responsible for planning and managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience as a legal / administrative assistant in support of attorneys who practice before the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and/or the Patent Trial & Appeal Board.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with advanced expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, Project, and Power Automate (i.e., creating and editing flows to automate data transfer between Microsoft applications).
- Advanced Excel user for data analysis, pivot tables, macros and data visualization.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exquisite attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, executing, and tracking projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
