About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Admin Assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in fast-paced legal environments. The ideal candidate excels at document preparation, case management, and administrative organization, and can anticipate attorney needs to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with zero errors.
  • Manage case files, including discovery, medical records, contracts, and settlement documents.
  • Track deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements across multiple cases.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Conduct preliminary legal research and summarize statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and document management.
  • Implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.


  • 2+ years as a legal assistant in litigation or specialized practice (preferred: personal injury, corporate, or civil law).
  • Proficient with legal case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of court filing procedures (electronic and physical) and document formatting standards.
  • Proactive, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
