Overview
Seeking a Family Law Attorney with hands-on courtroom experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases independently while working within a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related hearings

• Appear in court regularly and manage litigation proceedings

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Advise clients on legal strategy and case outcomes

• Maintain case files and meet court deadlines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania

• 3–5+ years of family law experience with courtroom exposure

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
