
REVIEW & ANALYTICS COUNSEL OPPORTUNITY

We focus exclusively on Information Law, which includes eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. This is a unique opportunity for accomplished attorneys to work on sophisticated matters architecting, overseeing, and executing on complex review projects, e.g., MDLs, Second Requests, etc. Attorneys in the Review & Analytics Counsel position will be responsible for supervising second-level review or quality control attorneys in complex litigation with high document volumes, including providing guidance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic guidance for the review process
- Identify and develop key protocols and procedures for complex document reviews
- Participate in discovery negotiations with requesting parties, and data collection strategy development
- Work collaboratively with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle
- Effectively manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, technical and review vendors, and firm leadership

- Must have prior experience managing teams of review attorneys on complex matters
- Must have strong expertise in all areas related to the litigation lifecycle including legal hold notifications, discovery disputes and case law, relevant legal standards, and upcoming trends in discovery and data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise discretion
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to balance competing responsibilities and manage deadlines proactively
- Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments related to eDiscovery
- Experience leading and managing privilege reviews, including privilege logs
- Advanced review-focused proficiency working in Relativity and other electronic document review platforms
- Tech savvy and advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with emerging GenAI review applications
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school
- Must be licensed and in good standing in a US jurisdiction
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing document reviews, supervising review attorneys, performing QC, redacting documents, logging privileged documents, and/or developing facts in complex litigation
- Must clear client conflicts and criminal background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally lift objects weighing up to ten pounds
- Frequently reach and grasp with arms and hands; occasionally stoop and bend; must have manual dexterity
- Ability to closely examine and inspect materials
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Ability to travel as needed
- Frequently use a keyboard to enter or transform words or data
- Work is generally performed in a remote office environment with an occasional requirement to work in a normal office environment
