Position Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing
- Ideal candidate will have experience in civil and/or commercial litigation experience
- Candidates should also have top quality research and writing skills, and strong academic credentials.
- Litigation experience in dram shop, product liability, hospitality and beverage, and/or premise liability are all preferred.
