Business Litigation Associate

About the Opportunity

• Seeking an associate with 2-7 years of experience to join our Business Litigation Practice.
• Qualified candidates must have experience in general commercial litigation.
• Responsibilities include working with our business litigation team to manage a high-volume case load and a wide variety of other tasks associated with complex commercial litigation and trials. 
• We’re looking for a team player with wide-ranging litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial motion practice.
• Judicial clerkship is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Bar admission in California or Minnesota required.
