· Document Management (electronic via iPro Eclipse Open Discovery) · Draft basic pleadings and notices· Prepare deposition and trial exhibits· Proficient knowledge and experience using Colorado Courts E-Filing, Federal courts e-filing, and PACER· Ability to calculate deadlines and docket them using electronic calendaring systems· Effective verbal and written communication skills· Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition· Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly· Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload with critical deadlines· Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment· Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills· Docketing and calendaring

Description
Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time civil litigation legal assistant. Responsibilities include document management, proofreading and finalizing pleadings, preparing and submitting filings, client communication, calendar, and file management. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance and reliability, be proactive and highly organized, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting. Experience with iPro, NetDocuments, Law Toolbox, and Orion Legal Software is preferred. This is an in-person position.
