Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45226
Duration: 03 Months contracts
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Interview Process: 1 Microsoft Teams interview. Candidates are expected to be on camera during the interview.
Length: Possible for extension while working through new system and backlogged

• Ability to work with pdf to complete digital legal responses

• Strong knowledge of garnishment, levy, and child support processing; legal document review; regulatory compliance; account research and ownership determination; exception and risk management; audit documentation; case management; hold and remittance processing; investigative analysis; and effective communication with courts, attorneys, agencies, and internal business partners.
• Proven ability to interpret complex legal orders, meet regulatory deadlines, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while maintaining service-level expectations.
