
- Availability to work offsite and extended hours during the bar exam periods in February and July.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Review and process bar exam applications and notify applicants of incomplete or deficient submissions.
- Organize and pack all necessary supplies and materials for the exam and coordinate delivery to the testing site.
- Prepare informational binders for Board members and related committees.
- Assist in organizing and executing bar admission ceremonies, held in June and December.
- Coordinate with Board Panels to schedule appeal hearings as required.
- Maintain clear, professional communication—both written and verbal—with applicants, attorneys, court staff, vendors, and Judicial Officers.
- Complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.
- One year experience in preparing and maintaining documents and files.
- One year experience in legal research such as researching statutes, regulations, case law, and background information.
- One year experience in data collection which includes collecting, compiling and maintaining data from multiple sources such as files, records, databases, customers, staff or others.
- One year experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to create and maintain logs, checklists, and calendars.
- Knowledge of interviewing using structured or unstructured interview techniques to obtain facts, explore issues and identify courses of action.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required as a condition of hire.
- Direct deposit of paychecks is required as a condition of hire.
