Job Description

TITLE:  MAILROOM COORDINATOR                 JOB CODE: FULL-TIME / NON-EXEMPT / HOURLY        

 

DEPARTMENT: FORECLOSURE                LEVEL: SUPPORT STAFF     

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

Normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for the inbound and outbound mail processes for the Little Rock office. This entails the coordination of all outbound mail for each operational department.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.      Coordinate with the foreclosure team for outbound mail volume and timelines.

2.      Responsible for the timely delivery of all outgoing mail to the drop-points. (USPS, UPS and FedEx)

3.      Calculate mailing costs and accurately enter costs/amounts in the system .

4.      Logging and delivery of incoming mail. (USPS, UPS and FedEx).

5.      Accurately and efficiently copy, scan, and upload documents and mail into the system.

6.      Perform additional duties as requested.

Secondary Accountabilities

1.     Provides backup support to the referral team.

2.     Identify missing documents and/or data from the client.

3.     Follow-up timely on previous missing document or data requests with the client.

 



SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

1.      HSD; or equivalent of 2+ years related work experience.

2.      Excellent PC skills with ability to adapt rapidly to a variety of systems.

3.      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying authority in a professional and efficient manner.

4.      Willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
