We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Employment, HR, and Contract Law to join our team.

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring ABCO operates within applicable legal frameworks while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards. Experience in employment law, HR policy creation and development, and contract management is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in both multi-state and federal employment law.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that align with legal requirements; monitor compliance with federal, multi-state, and local regulations.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors; collaborate to resolve disputes and protect company interests.
- Company Certifications: Ensure compliance with industry certifications and maintain necessary legal and regulatory standards.
- Training and Communication: Conduct training for employees on compliance matters; create and distribute legal communication materials.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify compliance risks and implement strategies; perform regular audits to ensure adherence to policies.
