Paralegal – Mass Toxic Tort Defense
Location: Philadelphia, PA (In-office, 4+ days per week)
We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal to support our Mass Toxic Tort Defense practice. The ideal candidate has experience handling high-volume litigation, complex discovery, and multi-jurisdictional matters, and can manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of mass toxic tort defense litigation
• Manage and organize large volumes of pleadings, discovery, medical records, and expert materials
• Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Track case deadlines, calendars, and court filings
• Assist with expert coordination and trial preparation
• Conduct legal and factual research as assigned
• Communicate with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel
• Maintain accurate data, files, and records in firm systems while ensuring confidentiality
Requirements and Experience:
• 3+ years of paralegal experience; paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to commute to the Philadelphia office at least four days per week
