The Position
This position is a highly collaborative role that works closely with stakeholders, vendor partners, end-users, and functional/technical team members to deliver modern and optimized solutions to the Wilson Elser Finance and Revenue teams. Initiatives include managing the integrations of a new enterprise financial system and other third party and in-house developed products. It is essential that this role understands the dependencies, issues, and requirements necessary to make integrations with multiple systems successful. It is important that this project managers has experience coordinating with multiple teams and areas of technology and the business to get complicated schemas executed. The ideal candidate understands the role APIs and enterprise data architecture play in these types of initiatives and can hold teams accountable for meeting expectations and delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful implementation of various business and technology team requirements, processes, and technically refined business solutions.
- Liaise between multiple third-party and internal technical teams and project managers while ensuring business requirements and priorities are being met, focused on integrating several new systems.
- Ensure that a dedicated internal technical team can successfully execute projects while effectively communicating project health across all cross-functional teams.
- Effectively facilitate the removal of all blockers impeding the velocity of the project lifecycle.
- Spearhead project status reports, utilizing refined project management techniques aligned with our Enterprise PMO, that effectively keep the PMO and the Executive team informed.
- Efficiently organize and ensure mandatory timelines are met while retaining the flexibility to adapt based on business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate the training and end-user support activities on new systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience with:
- Enterprise-level financial system data conversions, integrations, and deployments is required.
- Experience with the Aderant and BigHand product suite, a big plus.
- Systems specific to the legal industry, a plus.
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies (including SAFe and SCRUM).
- Effective communication skills within team members and executive leadership.
- Managing change and driving a change mindset with business stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of enterprise-level financial and revenue team user journeys and workflows.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, drive deadlines, and ensure team focus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major or equivalent work experience.

Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Salary Range:
$125,000 - $150,000 USD
