Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an entry-level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and accuracy
· Provide product and service information, features, and benefits to customers
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior representatives
· Document customer interactions and update records in our database
· Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
· 0-2 years of customer service experience; entry-level candidates welcome
· Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote setting
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary- $18 - $33/hour
