We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced high volume environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. We encourage entry-level candidates to apply. While Maryland Bar Membership is preferred, recent applicants awaiting results of the July exam will be considered.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and includes our benefits package. We are looking to hire a candidate with the aforementioned bar membership(s) who is local, within commuting distance of Hunt Valley, MD.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Complete a comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing of the action, including review of loan documents, financials, and demand letters
- Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions
- Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Entry-level candidates accepted; full training to be provided
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Required Education and Training:
- Juris Doctor
- Bar membership in Maryland is preferred; recent applicants awaiting results of the July exam will be considered.
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred

- $65,000-$85,000; commensurate with experience
