- Position Function and Duties
Review and prepare electronic case files for upcoming court sessions Record courtroom activity and judicial decisions both electronically and on paper Administer oaths to witnesses and jurors with precision and professionalism Manage in-court documentation and evidence, including biohazards Collaborate with micro teams to clerk assigned court sessions Deliver documents from court for processing in accordance with legal procedures Assist with updating court schedules and data entry tasks Support a variety of special projects and administrative duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative experience
- At least 1 year of front-facing customer service experience
- Legal experience is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
