Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to help foster a positive, respectful, and legally compliant work environment. This role serves as a neutral advisor who bridges communication gaps between team members and leadership, addresses concerns, resolves disputes, and ensures alignment with company standards and applicable laws. The specialist promotes a culture of trust and fairness through investigations, coaching, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and process servers to address questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve disputes or complaints in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
- Monitor compliance with service procedures, legal standards, and company expectations.
- Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support for new contractors in the field.
- Conduct check-ins and performance reviews to ensure accountability and professionalism.
- Recommend policy or process improvements based on feedback and observed trends.
- Support in-person events, team meetings, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to clearly convey ideas and listen actively across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in building trust and managing relationships.
- Proficient in evaluating complex issues and offering effective solutions.
- Familiarity with legal standards related to workplace issues, including discrimination and wage compliance.
- Experienced in mediating disputes and finding collaborative solutions.
- Understanding of HR protocols, including discipline, performance, and termination procedures.
- Capable of identifying trends and informing decisions using employee relations data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
