Under the direction of the Supervisor I and/or Supervisor II, the Office Technician (OT) performs a wide variety of complex clerical duties, including, but not limited to, typing correspondence, inputting data, tracking documents, creating spreadsheets, conducting monthly audits of Accounting reports, surveying out equipment, shipping equipment, and tracking supplies/equipment. Incumbent will also be responsible for the monitoring and review of Civil Division invoices, ensuring accurate information, verifying appropriate approvals, and uploading the invoices into SharePoint. Incumbent will also provide assistance to Civil Division Executive staff as needed. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a fast-paced working environment often with short deadlines. Incumbent is expected to work with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.

The incumbent must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and be able to assume other duties as necessary. Must have good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Windows and Adobe is desired.

Working Conditions
This is an office centered hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely or in the office, with 3 required in-person days each week. Additional in-person attendance may be required for in-person meetings, trainings, and operationally as needed. Advance notice will be provided when possible. The OT would report to the AG's headquarters (1300 I Street) in Sacramento for in-person days.
