The Senior Paralegal, Investments will play a critical role in supporting the legal team with real estate transactions, including investments, joint ventures, and financings. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in managing and facilitating real estate transactions, including investments, joint ventures, and financings.
Prepare, review, and organize various legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Conduct due diligence and gather necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal corporate stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support strategic objectives.
Track and monitor transaction deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining files and records.
Assist in drafting and negotiating legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field
At least 8+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and legal documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
