Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and a proven track record of success in trial litigation. Responsibilities:

    • As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in court, managing and organizing caseloads, developing strategies, and advising clients on their legal rights
    • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation
    • Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trial
    • Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other pleadings in accordance with the court’s rules
    • Develop litigation strategies, negotiate with opposing counsel, and advise clients on their legal rights
    • Handle a variety of complex cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, legal malpractice, professional liability, and business law litigation
    • Manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes
    • Provide expert legal support, advice, and guidance to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients


    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff trial attorney, specifically dealing with medical malpractice, personal injury, legal malpractice, professional liability, and business law litigation
    • Proven track record of achieving favorable verdicts in court
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills
    • Strong research and report writing skills
    • Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to meet the demands of the role
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
    • Proficient in legal research software and MS Office
