
The Legal Intern will provide support to the Legal team in matters, including but not limited to, corporate governance, contract administration, and other legal and administrative responsibilities. The Legal Intern will gain practical experience in a corporate legal department, develop research and analytical skills, and enhance understanding of corporate law and legal processes. The Legal Intern will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research and analysis.
- Organize and maintain legal files and databases.
- Support attorneys through all stages of contract administration.
- Assist with completion of various projects
- Draft basic correspondence and documents under attorney supervision
- Assist with implementation of new or pending legislation and support any related compliance initiatives
- Provide litigation support, such as document review and legal hold distribution as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
