Responsibilities:
- Revise immigration forms.
- Draft/revise legal documents.
- Ensure all cases are reviewed promptly and adhere to the firm’s standards.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Participate in periodic team meetings to enhance team performance and provide feedback.
- Complete key performance indicators to evaluate team performance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- High school diploma required; college experience preferred.
- Able to work in a target/goal-driven position with weekly targets adjusted by the department team lead and supervisor.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability to new policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with immigration applications such as Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, Naturalizations, T-Visa, U-Visa, and B2 Visas is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be offered.
