Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.
Duties Responsible for guiding and directing the patient care services provided to inmates assigned to various specialty clinics such as the Urology, Surgical, EENT, Orthopedic, OB-GYN, Neurology, and Mental Health specialty clinics conducted by primary care provider teams (PCPT) as well as external contract medical specialists performing on-site services. Coordinates and provides patient care/clinical support. Responsible for scheduling the outpatient clinics, serving as the contact person for communication relating to external contract medical specialists, which include gathering pre-clinic health information, receiving after-care reports, and scheduling related diagnostic testing. Assists with the development and implementation of policies and programs related to specialty clinics. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis. Salary- $81,070 - $104,603/year
