About the Job:
We are located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas and seek a Liens Specialist to support team operations from intake through closing by focusing on all aspects of lien and subrogation issues in cases. This position will be responsible for identifying health insurance and documenting in case files, communicating with insurers on necessary documentation, disputing charges on itemizations as necessary, and other lien-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative professional environment in at least one of the following areas: Personal injury; Medical office; AR/AP; Heavy data entry; Record keeping; Customer communications; Document management; Medicare/Medicaid
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, and collaborative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medicare BCRC portal experience is highly desired.
- 2+ years of personal injury-related experience.
