Job Description
Must be licensed in CA and live in a State where Dykema has offices: CA, IL, MI, MN, TX, DC, or WI. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
This fully remote, direct-hire position is for a Staff Attorney only. It is not on the partnership track and will not be converted to an associate position. This position is dedicated to the CA BoW team and involves handling depositions daily, with an expectation of at least 2–4 per day. The billing expectation is 1850 hours annually.
Staff Attorney – National Discovery Counsel Team (Remote)
A prestigious national law firm is actively seeking Staff Attorneys, including newly licensed attorneys, to join its National Discovery Counsel team. This remote position is available to candidates based in California, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, Washington, D.C., Oregon, or Wisconsin, who are also members of the California Bar.
This role offers a flexible working environment and is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with at least one year of experience in clerkships, internships, or other legal capacities. It is particularly suited for those looking to develop litigation skills in key areas, such as California Breach of Warranty law, corporate depositions, and discovery-related motions.

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Base Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 (with some flexibility)
