Job Description:

The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Assign production tasks to team members

  • Work independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervision

  • Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked

  • Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries

  • Assist management with training new hires on all processes

  • Other duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality services

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment

  • Ability to lead others in a professional manner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

  • Preferred Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Compensation range for this role is 22.16 to 26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
