
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide support to attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in trial preparation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception to trial and/or settlement.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
- Prepare and manage discovery responses, including document production and interrogatories.
- Assist in trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, preparing witness lists, and coordinating with experts.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical obligations.

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and e-filing systems.
- Proficiency in legal research databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate litigation, bankruptcy law, and wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases
- Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or other relevant credentialing body
