LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION PARTNER (ATTORNEY) - CA BAR LICENSE REQUIRED.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

 

Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join their team in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation, while advising a sophisticated client base on cutting-edge legal issues.

 

Candidate Profile:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Active California Bar Admission is required.

  • Active Nevada Bar Admission is preferred in addition to CA Bar, but not required.

  • 7+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation.

  • Extensive experience handling California labor & employment cases remotely.

  • Strong background in single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently, develop litigation strategies, and oversee junior attorneys.

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.

  • A demonstrated track record of client development and maintaining strong business relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in a broad range of L&E litigation matters in Californiaremotely from the Las Vegas office.

  • Handle discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA claims.

  • Manage all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.

  • Counsel clients on labor and employment compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies.

  • Take a leadership role within the firm, mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.

  • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.
