Remote, Contract -based, Oregon Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal Opportunity

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
<\/p>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Estate Planning / Probate Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 0–5 hours per week<\/b>, with potential for growth over time.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with strong experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration
  <\/li>
• Experience reviewing and revising estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy
  <\/li>
• Strong understanding of estate planning language, structure, and procedures
  <\/li>
• Ability to organize and manage estate planning and probate files efficiently
  <\/li>
• Experience supporting case management, including tracking deadlines, scheduling, and maintaining organized files
  <\/li>
• Ability to provide general support to supplement an existing legal team and improve workflow efficiency
  <\/li>
• Strong client communication skills, including providing updates and gathering necessary information
  <\/li>
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents for final attorney approval
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  <\/li>
• Self -starter who can take initiative and work independently
  <\/li>
• Proactive and professional communication skills
  <\/li>
• Experience with Clio or similar case management software (preferred but not required)
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
  <\/p>
